Refund and Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns

You have the right to return products under the following conditions:

• • You must submit a return request by sending an email to si.almkies2808@gmail.com. within fourteen (14) days of receipt, stating your decision to return the products.
  • The products must not have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged.
  • The identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal intact.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The returned items must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the product.

If all the above conditions are met, you will receive a full refund for the returned products. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Returning products is the sole responsibility of the customer and will be done by shipping to the studio address / distribution point at the customer’s expense.
If the customer returns items that were not charged for shipping, the refund is less the $22 shipping cost.

Refund Processing and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you of their acceptance or if any reductions apply due to product devaluation. Refunds will be processed as follows:

• • Credit/Debit Card Purchases: The refund timeline will depend on your card provider. However, the value date for the refund will coincide with the date of the original payment.
  • PayPal Transactions: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account immediately, but the timeline for reimbursement to your linked credit card will depend on the issuing bank.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the return request, provided all return conditions are met.

Identification Tag Requirement

All products must have their identification tag with the disposable seal intact. Returns without this tag will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to:

• • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact si.almkies2808@gmail.com. within seven (7) days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return and cover the shipping costs. A replacement will be provided or a full refund if the item is unavailable.
