Product Delivery
We will only ship products that have been fully paid for to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.
Shipping fees are added to the total order cost and are applicable to a single delivery destination, even if multiple items are included in the order.
All deliveries are handled by an independent shipping company, and their regulations will apply to the shipment. By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by the shipping company’s terms and conditions.
Shipping Destinations
Our shipping coverage, both within Israel and internationally, is determined at our sole discretion.
For orders within Israel, the designated delivery areas are determined by “Si Almkies” and/or our chosen shipping partner. Deliveries to remote locations such as the Arava, Eilat, and the Golan Heights, or areas with restricted security access, will be arranged on an individual basis in coordination with the customer.

Estimated delivery time to Australia, Taiwan, New Zealand up to 12 business days.
There is advanced computerized tracking of shipments by a system that allows you to track the status of the shipment in real time with active updates.

משלוח שלא יעלה על סכום 550 שח – עלות המשלוח 35 שח
עד 3 ימי עסקים ( לא כולל את יום ההזמנה ) לערים מרכזיות בארץ.
בזמני חגים \ איסופים מערים חרגות \ מאורעות מיוחדים ( בלאק פריידי ) היתכנו עיכובים של 2 ימי עסקים.
התחייבויות לאזורים חריגים :
אילת והסביבה, צפון גליל עליון, מושבים \ כפרים \ קיבוצים, עוטף עזה, ים המלח, בקעת הירדן , איוש – 5 ימי עסקים
ערד, שומריה והסביבה- 10 ימי עסקים
דרום ערבה , ירוחם, דימונה והסביבה – 7 ימי עסקים
Limitations and Liability
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company and will not offer compensation for shipping delays. Additionally, Si Almkies will not be liable for delays due to external factors such as strikes, technical malfunctions, disruptions in communication or telephony, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
Identification for Delivery
To ensure a secure delivery, we may require customers to present an official ID and the order confirmation number upon receipt of their package. We also reserve the right to request additional forms of identification at our discretion before completing the delivery.
